Serenity Therapeutic Services is one of the best services that could have ever been introduced to my sister. She has progressed so much and is happier and healthier. The staff is friendly and they always give me updates on her. I can call at any time and someone is always available to assist me with any concerns that I may have. It’s comforting to know that your loved one is in the care of individuals who love what they do and aren’t just doing things for monetary gain. Serenity has been a Godsend for Jonathan. Prior to coming to Serenity he was in a much depressed state. Once he was relocated his whole demeanor changed and for the better. The entire staff accepted him with his challenges and many have learned sign language to communicate. The staff have been very receptive to our needs as well. Any concerns are addressed promptly.
