Our Mission

We are tasked with the responsibility of ensuring client safety and care. Though there are many moving pieces involving services to individuals with developmental disabilities, we continue to do everything in our power to provide the best services to our members.

The Serenity Way

-Residential Homes are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
-Health Care Registry Check (pre and post-hire)
-References are verified prior to hiring.

Darrin L. McNeill
CEO / Director

Mr. McNeill has over 28 years of experience working with and providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. His initial experience working with IDD and other mental health diagnoses lead him to seek and obtain a Masters in Social Work and to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This experience and education has provided him with clinical insight and knowledge to provide a variety of services to our individuals.
